High School Tuition Support Fund System (Beauty Studies Regular Program (advanced course) daytime classes or Beauty Studies Regular Program night classes)
Our college (Beauty Studies Regular Program, night classes) is one of the institutions designated as eligible under the High School Tuition Support Fund System administered by the national government. Under this system, which has been in effect since 2010, students enrolled in national public senior high schools or private senior high schools (upper-level courses at vocational schools) are eligible to receive school funding. This funding is not awarded to individual students, but rather to schools, who receive it on the students' behalf and then use it to lower tuition. Additionally, up to 2.5 times the basic amount may be awarded, depending on family income.
Students enrolled in upper-level courses at vocational schools* *Students who have not graduated from a senior high school, students who have not been enrolled for more than 36 months at a private senior high school, or students attending other senior high schools, etc., who have not yet received school funding
Basic Monthly Amount: 9,900 yen (118,800 yen per year)*
- *①Students from households with an annual income of less than 2.5 million yen (exempted from paying city/town/village tax) receive 2.5 times the amount → 24,750 yen per month (297,000 yen a year)
- ②Students from households with an annual income between 2.5 million yen and 3.5 million yen (city/town/village tax of less than 51,300 yen) receive 2 times the amount → 24,750 yen per month (297,000 yen a year)
